The SQL Critical Update Wizard was developed specifically for the home and small business user, though enterprise customers may also download and deploy the wizard to their internal customers. However, the Evaluation Edition can not be updated using SP3. All versions of the SQL Server 2000 Evaluation Edition can also be updated with the SQL Critical Update Wizard. The SQL Server Critical Update Wizard will update editions of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and MSDE 2000 that are vulnerable to the Slammer worm. Microsoft Download Manager is free and available for download now. It also allows you to suspend active downloads and resume downloads that have failed. It gives you the ability to download multiple files at one time and download large files quickly and reliably. The Microsoft Download Manager solves these potential problems. You might not be able to pause the active downloads or resume downloads that have failed. (You would have the opportunity to download individual files on the "Thank you for downloading" page after completing your download.)įiles larger than 1 GB may take much longer to download and might not download correctly. In this case, you will have to download the files individually.
